No more text messages, hacky spreadsheets, or checks. We are a tool to help you run your rental like a real business:
* Line of Sight
Receive notifications when your cleaners begin and end cleans. Setup Checklists of custom tasks that your cleaners must complete with photo evidence. View these reports after cleans.
* Scheduling
Link your booking calendars and Piggyback automatically schedules cleans after checkouts. If you want more control, schedule cleans manually in three taps.
* Payment
You add your credit card. Cleaners link their bank accounts. When cleans are completed, funds are transferred automatically.
* Communication
We create a chat for each clean between you and your cleaner. Cleaners can report damages and dirty guests. You can go back and view your communication for any clean.
* Reporting
Breakdown how much you spent on cleaning at each property. See how much you paid your cleaners for 1099s.
PIGGYBACK PRICING
Hosts pay $8 per property per month. They receive a 30-day free trial and can also pause or cancel their subscription at any point.
The app is completely free for cleaners.
Piggyback uses Stripe to process payments between hosts and cleaners and does not take any cut of this transaction. Piggyback also uses Stripe to process the monthly subscription.
